Return Policy

All sale items are final sale. No returns accepted.

Regular price items 
Our return policy is 15 Calendar days from received date. If 15 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email Twenty19boutique@yahoo.com to get a return  number. Returns will not be accepted if you do not have a return number.

Steps for completing your return:

1. Secure your items in the original packaging (if possible) along with the return form.

2. Purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice, preferably obtaining one with a tracking number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The cost of the return ( shipping label) is your responsibility.

3. Send the shipment to the address provided above.

4. Once we have received and reviewed your return package we will issue a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping fee) Please allow 5 -7 business days from when we receive your return for us to review and process your return.

5. If your return is approved, you will receive an email to the email on file with your refund amount.

6. If the items you send back do not qualify for a return, you will be notified via email and a $5 return shipping will be charged to send the items back.

Late or missing store credit
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Twenty19Boutique@yahoo.com 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 15 business days from when receiving your item to Twenty19Boutique@yahoo.com. For faster service please provide your order number, product damage description and a picture of the damage.

- Any items purchased on sale or clearance.

JEWELRY

Jewelry is tarnish free- hypoallergenic and waterproof. 

All our items are 100% waterproof. They will never tarnish or change color. If for some reason they do, this was likely a PVD processing error and we will replace it for FREE within 1yr of purchase. 

All you have to do is send us a good photo and your original order number to Twenty19boutique@yahoo.com

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Earrings – Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unworn

  • Items marked Final Sale or noted as non-returnable on the product page
